Oh Kay, don't be silly. Pain is subjective. What might be painful to one person might not be painful to you. I know there are plenty of people in more pain than I am but that does not take away from my misery. Your pain is affecting your quality of life. That cannot be compared to someone else.

I wasn't trying to "one up". I just wanted you to know that I can empathize.

You are right. Chronic pain is a killer. I fight every single day to find a reason to continue. This is why I recently switched pain management specialists.

For anyone who is considering going to one or who is currently seeing a PMS, if you continue to worsen, find someone else. Do not stick around for 4 years like I did.
