yeah, my cousins and their mom were having a really bad year that year. At least the MS cousin is a bit better now. I havent ever talked to her, but I've talked to her brother. I havent talked to him since before my MS diagnosis, so I've never really asked him how his sister is. (they're from a branch of the family we only ever see at family reunions)


I am weird about needles. The only reason I can inject myself with copaxone every day is because I cant actually see the needle, and the autoject makes it idiot-proof so that I can just press a button and get the injection. I'd never be able to do it if I had to actually hold the needle in my hands to do the injection.

I cant watch the nurse at my doctor's office give me a shot, or draw blood. I always close my eyes and wait for them to tell me it's over.
