Default Anyone feeling blah and lethargic?

Hi all,

I feel so blah, maybe from the weather. I just sit here a lot of the time. I do the same thing at the office. I'm always so tired and it's an effort to do anything. I don't even feel like posting most of the time because it takes such a great effort.

I feel like I'm living to work. I only work four days a week and it wears me out.

I guess I'm grateful because it could always be worse, but I feel guilty because a lot of people feel like I'm ignoring them when I'm like this. I can't help it though, I just can't move anymore than I absolutely have to do.

Can anybody relate to this? I'm hoping I'm not alone in this.
