It is my anniversary too. Not only for MS but my wedding anniversary is this Thursday, Valentine's day. I hope it is only a coincedence.
We will be married 47 years and I have been diagnosed for 5.

May I say I think you are doing great! Not many people would have the guts to look an anniversary in the face like this and say, "Hey, this is the way it is, and I'm going to deal with it." The good, the bad, and the ugly. Hugs to you.
