Please get in as soon as you can. The pain is one thing but the bulging could be something very serious. Let us know what happens.

I don't know if this helps or not. But for several years before my MS dx I had occassional eye pain, and I swear my eyes would feel like they bulged! Not a lot, no one else could tell, but you know.

I have an eye condition, and go annually for my check ups, and when I asked the Optho about it, he dismissed it. The pain couldn't possibly be related to my Fuch's, but he didn't go any further than that. As for the swelling/bulge, he said something like he didn't see anything now, and was I sure, etc. Patronizing. (I don't see him anymore.)

I look back on it now and wonder if it was the MS.

I'm sorry you're having to wait, but if my problem was similar to yours, I am not aware of suffering any permanent eye damage since that time. I hope you find it to be the same.

Well I just got back from the eye doc and I have ON, So I am starting another flare I hope that this one will not be bad. He is sending a report to my Neuro to tell him that I having one now hopefuly he he'll send me to get an MRI. He did not see where my eye was sticking out more because I am not having any pain today. It figures that once I go to the doc the pain stops.
Thanks to everyone for your advice.

I'm sorry you are in another flare. I hope that it will not last long. I am glad you saw the ophthalmologist though.
