Default no numbness but other odd symptoms dating back years

Never thought about the "knee buckling thing" though...i have that happen occasionally--also had "repetitive stress syndrome" in law school (got accommodations)...have had tmj for years (surgery right after law school) and then started having foot problems in 94 (right before jaw surgery)...you are right about the double vision being a major wake up call...it is what sent me into the dr. (although still worked extra hours, took care of my kids who had the flu, etc. until i also felt a bit of vertigo). my neuro didn't seem to think any of other stuff was ms related....today he had me do full blood work up (just in case) to rule out any other yucky stuff...7 vials of blood! in two weeks--i will also get a spinal tap to confirm ms (only one white spot on my brain) this stuff is no fun!

i am glad i found this space to hear other people's stories...have to figure out when to tell my kids and what co-workers to tell...lots of things to think about and deal with...

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' You must do the thing you think you cannot do. Eleanor Roosevelt

I did start with ON. I did mention that pinched nerve feeling that I get on and off throughout the years. So I guess, to answer your question...I'm not sure?
