Default Eating better, feeling worse

Maybe it's coincidence?

I'm not on a diet per se, but making an effort to eat better. Wasn't hard, look at my old habbits...

Fast food
Frozen pizza
3-4 cans Coke
candy, cookies, chips w/dip
one veggie, maybe two

That was my day then, a year ago.

Now -

3-4 servings of fruit, plus lime juice
2-4 veggies a day
3 bottles of water
1 coke
White or peppermint tea
mostly chicken for meat (skinless white meat)
red meat 1-2 times a week.
fish 1-2 a week (plus fish oil supps daily)
Nothing deep fried
Mostly stuff cooked at home, maybe 2 frozen dinners a week (Healthy Choice or something like that).
Candy/snacks 1-2 per week

I know, a long way from perfect, but still way better than it was.

You'd think I'd feel so much better. Or look better, something - I should get something out of this.

But I have more pain and stiffness, no more energy, sx are about the same as when I started this dietary change. I wonder what's up with that.

Maybe my body runs better on Pizza Rolls?
