Hi gang!
Still cold here - low 20's creeping up to low 40's by Monday. That is gonna feel like a heat wave. Can't wait. Hope it stays there. Tomorrow I go for my Facet joint shots. I have to try to call them and see if they got my hip x ray report. I forgot to ask when they caled to remind me of my appt. The hip thing has been going on, coming and going, since '03. So I figure it's got to be a nerve thing. If anything else was wrong with it, it probably eould not go away like it does. But who knows? At any rate, *it* has now spread to my knee. Isn't that nice? LOL. Not looking forward to the needles, but the test shots helped - how cool was that, using a blow dryer! Picking up the teapot, full!  A couple of sore neck days is well worth that if I can have a few months of my arms not being so achy and wimpy. Otherwise it's business as usual for me. So what's new for the rest of my island friends?
