Default Continuing on the PT theme

Been doing PT 3 times a week for a little over a month now and Golly Gee .....it actually has helped!!

I saw the neuro yesterday and he feel I can stop going to the PT center and do the exercises.....except for the balance stuff at home.

I actually seem to have some endurance now and can definitely walk somewhat better than before PT

The doctor had ordered a C-Spine and T-spine MRI where he discovered a lovely herniated disc at C 6-7.

Thankfully this has caused me no problems what so ever but now I get to play the referral game with the PCM and an orthopod.

Still looking for a water exercise program.
Hope everyone is doing OK

Thanks for checking in everyone!

I have been trying to fit in at least one set of all the stretches she gave me, but I hafta tell you, my schedule doesn't LIKE it!

I work a ten hour overnight shift, I have a 1/2 hour drive each way, I get home, get wood, load the woodstove, toss in laundry, try to at least scoop the cat box(I am catsitting this week P-U!) shower and bed. I get up, make coffee, dry the laundry, yell at said cats for destroying the house (like they listen to me), get MORE wood, load the woodstove again and get ready for work again.

I was hoping that while the main character was away visiting his mother I could at least get some cleaning done here. Nope. I just want to catch up on my sleep!

I'm trying to be disciplined but I just feel as if there isn't enough time in the day for ANYTHING lately, nevermind what I SHOULD be doing!

( mini rant over!)

Tell me how YOU find the time to fit PT in your life daily please?

Hope it's going a little better for everyone else!

Oh, we are supposed to do the exercises at home?

I was wondering why I got these papers with drawings showing what we do in PT, and these stretchy bands.

My life is not nearly as busy as yours and I intend to do them everyday, but alas I don't. Sorry I can't be more help?

Geez RW~ I don't like your schedule. That's a rough one.

I don't work and I told the Dr I didn't want to do PT, so am doing it at home.

You are the WOMAN!!!! ROAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
