The TN that I have experienced is nothing like sinus discomfort. How can I put it . . .if I ever, ever call a doctor during non working hours (oh heck, I hate calling during business hours. LOL) something is wrong. When I had TN, I called on a Saturday. It was painful, definitely nerve as well as you could see the muscles in my face in spasms. I couldn't eat, drink, talk, or really do anything that involved the face. Very different than sinus issues that I have experienced.

I agree! TN will drop you to your knees, literally. If they could use it as a form of interrogation it would work every time!! It feels like someone is ripping your muscles and nerves right off of your head when it is at its worst. Nothing like sinus.

Yes, I also don't think isn't TN. It's NOT very painful. The biggest thing is my checks feel "heavy" and the front part of my jaw hurts and the whole face is like, achy I guess.

I don't think I'm clinching my teeth and if I do it doesn't hurt or even feel like it's the same muscles that are hurting. And I don't have all this Stress that I keep being told I have.

The longer this goes on the more I'm thinking it's just sinus.
