I've had RLS for years even before my first diagnosis of MS. Once diagnosed the neuro treated my RLS with 1mg of Clorazepam (Klonopin). My RLS has gotten so bad that my wife AND dogs will not stay in bed with me. I then started on 3mg of Requip which worked for about a year.

My RLS continued to break through that dose so we just upped the dose to 5mg twice a day and that has seemed to quiet things down so the RLS is more tolerable. I do notice an increase in RLS after a day of physical activity running errands or going on doctor's appts.

I experience no side effects from the Requip.
