And just in time, the day before I had hurt my back lifting and carrying my 5 year old. Well I had been taking OTC pain meds and they didn't help at all, put the Tens Unit on for 20min and the pain was better, toke a hot bath and put the unit back on for 20min last night and this morning the pain is gone.
I don't understand all the settings yet, just playing around with them it see what feels good and what hurts, LOL. This is the one I got (hope it's a good one). ReliaMed 700
