Hi Josie
Welcome to the group. Glad you found us. I was also dx in 1997. Only the last couple years has the cog stuff become to apparent to ignore, but I try.  You got some good advice here From Gazelle and others. I hope you find some relief from your sx. In the meantime, pull up a chair and tell us a bit more about yourself.
