Congrats Erin I'm so happy for you I wish I could come on here and say I did it I did it, I wish I had the courage to try manual I really do, But the though of me jabbing myself with the needle it just freaks me out it's too much for me. The day I try manual will be the day they find a cure for MS. I'm so depressed.

Congrats Erin!

You rock!

Yes, I use Rebif and do it the manual way! Way better!

However, if I had to choose between injecting my butt or an orange...the orange would get it every time!

You did it! You did it! You said that you would do it,
And indeed you did.

You thought that you would rue it;
We doubted you'd do it.

But now I must admit it
That succeed you did.

YIPPEE FOR YOU, ERIN!!!

Lol, Autoinflictor, Cheryl!

Default I did it again.

I did it again tonight, this time without any supervision. Forgot to shoot up before my dad went to bed, so I had to do it without him watching.

Gosh, did it hurt tonight! I was kind of chicken to push the needle in, so I think that's why it hurt more. I injected it really slowly and that made it not hurt so much. So, yesterday wasnt a fluke or something...I actually did learn how to inject a needle into myself.

It wasnt as stressful feeling tonight...I didnt sit there and stare at the autoinflictor for 20 minutes before stabbing myself with it. I did stare at the needle for a minute or two, just to get a good look at it, didnt feel the anxiety that giant howitzer causes.

Well done Erin! You're 2 for 2. You are right in getting it over quickly. The more you ponder the bigger the fear.
