I know that feeling too! I have been so rudely awakened the past several mornings with pins and needles running down my arms... and spine. it is so annoying.
I was formally dx with spaticity yesterday and yeah, in "celebration" of my dx my muscles all came out one by one last night to greet me with the "spastic marching band" progressing down my spine and legs! Meaning i was in some SERIOUS pain and i guess my body tends to dull the pain for me but last night the dulling kindness decided to join the parade and march away! but the stiletto heals of the marching band left thier mark on my spine after the marching (spasms) ceased! i hate the ___________ disease (i put a blank b/c i don't know what to call it as i have not been formally dx with MS but geepers i sure can relate to ya'll!
