Default Cherie,

Thank you. I will look up the deep breathing.... I needed to know (I probably should have already known) the 6-12 mths. I know this is all so unpredictable.

Is it too late to get in another line??? Guess we didn't pick this movie, did we?

I'm glad for the time difference. I'm in central. I'm trying so hard to be the "brave little soldier" I always told my children to be, but sometimes, still yet, this really catches me off guard.

Thanks for you kindness!

Default

yes, I'm still awake. (240am here...I probably wont fall asleep before 3am)

Hoping to fall asleep in a little bit thanks to 1/4 of a Trazodone (Rx sleeping med my doctor gave me)

I'm tired.

I had really bad insomnia on thursday night/friday morning.

Didnt fall asleep until 630 or 7am friday morning. I'm still recovering from that.

Oh, and my feet feel like I'm wearing my mom's Ugg boots. (her feet are about a size and a half smaller than mine)

I think I have spasticity in my left big toe...hurts when I move it. I feel like I'm wearing sheepskin, but it's too tight on my feet.

Oh, and my head is killing me.

Default insomnia stinks!

Hey Friend,

I was awake till 4:30am. When I finally fell asleep, I woke an hour later, drenched in sweat. Seriously thought my friend's cat peed on me or someone threw a bucket of water on me - it was that bad A/C was even on - and ceiling fan on high. Sigh.

re: pins and needles - I have no idea what to take for that - but if you find out - LET ME KNOW!

Get in line for another movie - LOL - that made me chuckle. My friend keeps asking me if I have tried to return it (the MS)...I said no one will take it back. She says to give it away. Mixed bag of thoughts on that one - I don't think I dislike anyone enough to do that to them....

Hang in there...

~Keri
