I have had two surgeries and two children since being dx. I was not one of the people who goes into blissful remission with my pregnancies, and struggled to get back on my feet after very long natural childbirths too. Between kids, and several months after . . . I was fine for years.

The surgeries took longer to heal from then prior (to MS) surgeries, but I did not have attacks. When they said "you should feel well enough to go back to work in X days", I multiplied that by two. Other then that though, all was well.
