welcome,
in my experience there are 2 main types of pain: 1. neuropathic 2. muscle i have very painful feet along with numbness and a painful left leg. my worst extremity. i also have a lot of muscle pain. tight muscles and spasticity can be common with MS. How are you doing? having pain?
