i just saw something on tv about these claims and they're ALL BOGUS.
don't buy into it. flip flops never did anything to support feet or improve posture etc. IMHO.

I have black patent leather flip flops and rubber, beaded cute ones. I'm in a chair, so plan on slipping the on, but didn't walk in them.

I bought a pair of "Fit Flops" at Macy's with a $25 rebate check and a 20% off coupon I actually only apid about $12 for them. They are a bit wide for my foot and not nearly as comfortable as my less expensive Rocketdog ones. I can't wear the cheap ones as they aggrivate my foot drop and I tend to walk out of them
