You will find some with MS who are symptom free except for exacerbations (relapses), they are the lucky ones. Unfortunately, that is not the case for everyone. Many people with MS deal with symptoms that come and go or never completely go away. Symptoms are a reality with MS. There is nothing magic in any of the MS treatments that says if you take this you won't have symptoms. Symptoms are part of having MS, unfortunately. IVSM is for acute exacerbations not for symptoms that come and go. However, there are symptom management meds that might be helpful for some symptoms.
