Hey there Papa/Bombi!

I know the sound the river makes, by dawn, by night, by day. But can it stay me through tomorrows that find me far away? . I have this mental picture in my mind of you all, shaking bones and bells and charms, muttering prayers and voodoo curses, dancing around in a circle of salt, with leetle glasses and tiny bottles of cheer in the middle...myyyyyy friends! diagnosed 09/03/2004 scheduled to start Tysabri 03/05 Tysabri withdrawn from market 02/28/05 Copaxone 05/05-12/06 Tysabri returned to market 06/05/06 Found a new neuro 04/07 Tysabri 05/25/07-present Medical Marijuana legally 12/03/09 . Negative for JC virus antibodies! . I'm doing alright and making good grades, The future's so bright, I gotta wear shades! . |

 glad you found us this site is great Bombi, I enjoyed other site till the S.S. gestapo censors took over but this site has that one beat by a mile even before the SS gestapo took over this site still had old one beatpeace

Thumper's finally made her way over to introduce herself. Thank goodness for this thread because I didn't know how to jump in here.
 I'm not even sure if I belong here yet, I just had my MRI yesterday and I'm waiting for the results.  I met with my NS while I was there. There really wasn't much to tell from past years. I have been so healthy that I couldn't even remember the last time I had the flu. I have never had a broken bone, not even a sprain. I have never been stung by a bee! The doctor joked that I was saving up for something big. I talked about the last six months and my growing awareness that something was wrong. I talked about losing my balance, feeling dizzy, tingles in my extremities, stiffness, numbness, and problems with my vision. She listened intently and wrote it all down. I also told her of my seemingly isolated incident of optical neuritis ten years ago. They say everything happens for a reason. I am inclined to believe that. Or maybe it is just that I want to believe that. Believing, even if it is an illusion, is preferable to not believing in anything at all.

there's so much info here and so much to pick from. great resources too. hope to hear more about you both. boy, island life sounds so....relaxing. is it like Gilligan's Island?
