Hi Lisa, Welcome to NT!
 As Dej and Sally said, take your time deciding which drug you want to try next. You have been on two biggies already and still had progression, as shown on your MRI. Ask questions on the Tysabri thread sticky, or down below on the main forum. We are here to help and listen too. We are glad you found us. Nice to meet you.
