Default Feeling ICKY!!!!!

Howdy yall!

Lately, I have been extremely exhausted and feeling very dehydrated. I used to sleep great but now,I have trouble getting to sleep or waking up after a few hours. Sometimes i wake up in a panic. Im also really hungry at 3am.

It takes all i have to get my son on the bus and stay awake for my other 2 kids to get up. I usually fall asleep on the couch. Then Im dragging to make it to noon for nap time. Then I fall asleep and have trouble waking up. By dinner Im once again exhausted.

I have also seem to be getting dehydrated alot.I am sweating A LOT!!!! I can do something stupid like walk across the room and Im totally out of breath and pouring sweat!! i i am chugging gatorade before I do anything (even sleep) just to feel a little better.

My dreadful headaches and the horrific bone pain have gotten a little better atleast with frequency.(knock on wood). Allergies are kicking my butt...the inside of my ear is sooo itchy and my throat hurts on and off. Im still having mysterious dental pain on and off. My hubby said that he notices me shaking more????

Im on rebif and cymbalta.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

I seriously think you should call the doctor. This just doesn't sound good at all. Dehydration is nothing to mess with. Please call the doc and let us know what he says.

Sorry, don't know anything about Provigil. Just sending you hugs and hope you are able to feel better very soon.

I take Provigil.
Mine are 200 mg tablets in which I break in half.

I would suggest that you half the pill at first, since you are shakey now - it may make me you more shakey.

It really helps me get through the day and in fact - I don't think I would be able to work without it.

I don't experience any side effects from 1/2 tablet at a time. If I take the whole pill, it can make me jittery.

Good luck with it - for some (like me) it is a lifesaver in being able to function and keep going. Not only does it give me more energy - but my thinking is clearer and my memory seems a little better - less foggy.

I try not to take it all the time though - I often don't take any on weekends since I fear my body will get so used to it that it will become ineffective.

Best of louck,
Snoods

Hope the Provigil helps, MM! It's good that the Neuro's office knows what's going on. Hopefully, you can get some rest this wkend..

Its a good idea not to take gatorade full strength. Better to take it diluted with just as much water. You will absorb it better.

you might want to try drinking plain water.
i keep a 1 quart pitcher in the fridge and try to drink thru out the day.

i'd consider calling your pcp and getting a checkup.
some labwork might also be in order.
sounds like there might be a bit more going on than just fatigue.

hope you feel better. let us know.

The provigil might help with the fatigue, but I am still concerned about the dehydration. I agree with Judy that you need to see your PCP, too.
