Default Something weird....

besides my mind Last night I started feeling not so great...all day yesterday my left ear hurt. Not earache hurt but just the outside top part. If you've ever woke up after sleeping with your ear folded over then you know what I'm talking about. lol (I didn't have this much pain when I got it pierced ) BTW, this is the ear that for no apparent reason I lost hearing in once.

Anyway, it's still hurting and I feel rough in general today. The right side of my face and mouth keeps getting that tingling/novacaine overdose feeling and for the first time ever my chin has started getting this thing like when your eye twitches.

Any ideas on what might be going on? Maybe it's just one of those freakish MS things.
