I done did it about a month ago.

Got their quarterly mag last week.

Thanks for the reminder, tho. I recommend all MSers to fill out their form -- takes about 20 min. or so.

Twink, that took you 20 minutes? It took me . . .a while. lol. I kept losing my dang place on the big long one with the meds and practitioners. LOL. I had to keep going up to the top to see which column was for what. That and name all the places you have lived before the age of 25 took me a bit. We moved a lot.

AMN - It's done. I hope they can get some useful information from all of us.

Okay, I'm now registered. Who knows how long it took me. My right hand got weak and wouldn't make the mouse dance. I will be taking this info to my other friends.

Thanks so much! This is important. I know my neuro is heavily involved in the Registry for the Pacific Northwest. His clinic is also a member of the Consortium.
