I finally connected with the City person. My call got handed over to her because I mentioned I fell. She initially was trying to cover the cities butt .....good grief

As we talked she must have gotten a clue I wasn't looking to sue. She is referring my call back to someone in City planning. I should hear from someone on Monday.

So, what are the odds anyone will do something? I'm betting zero.

Have you called the Director of the Public Works Department directly?

It is worth a shot if you don't hear from them on Monday.
