My doc described this feeling as a "turning sensation". Yep, I have it too. Not a strong vertigo, but it will make you feel off balance and uncoordinated. This sensation bothers me most when I drive. I feel like I am trying to drive a car while on a boat. Took me 12 years to find out it was an MS sensation. Otherwise everyone looked at me like I was a nut case when I told them.
