hmmmm... interesting question. I started getting sensitive to heat about the time I turned 40 and along with the change of life thingie
![]() what I find interesting about this whole heat sensitivity is a couple of summers ago I decided to go to a Native American "Sweat"... knowing full well how sensitive I was to heat and that it would be EXTREMELY hot in there... I was also practicing yoga regularly, yoga breathing, eating once a day, losing weight, and it just felt 'right' to do. Though I didn't make it but about 20 minutes, after that I was LESS sensitive to the heat! now, I haven't been doing my yoga for about a year and I find myself once again very sensitive to heat ![]() mood doesn't seem to change though. I just start frantically looking for COLD when I get overheated! ![]()
