Help I do have MCS, just got from the Dr.

She (Dr) is doing blood work just to make sure I don't have a "true" allergy to anything. She gave me a name of a Dr that could help me more but he's 5 hours away and he's booked for the next 2 months.
I have mixed feelings about this, I'm happy that it's not something really bad but at the same time there's no "real" treatment for MCS or meds to make it better. I just have to stay away from everything that makes me ill, all fragrance and most chemicals even smoke and gases.
To tell you all how bad this is the last 2 nights have been awful, migraines, brain fog, nausea, chest hurting & dizziness. Well I found out what was making me sick this morning, my 11 year olds deodorant, it was all over my cable box (thanks to one of the little boys). So some deodorant about 15 feet away from me made me that ill all night long.
