Thanks so much for all the replies and the support that you have given me.

Sorry it has taken so long for me to respond - sometimes it is hard for me to nd much free time for the boards.

The spasms do continue, I only missed one night this week without having any.

I did have it on my list to call my Neuro but just never did it. I'm a little frustrated with it all right now and just trying to deal with it.

I do need to try the heat and/or warm soaks in the tub - at least that is not another chemical going in my body.

2 night ago I had the big ones, the ones that feel similar to childbirth cramps - only in your legs - that take your breath away and cause you to be immobile.

It gets so old but I have seen that sadly - many here are in the same boat. In fact, it seems that more people than normal are complaining about this sort of thing right now. I'm wondering if the horrible outside heat is a factor in triggering more than normal.

I'm a little whiney tonight too - sort of in a bad mood.

Thanks again !!!!
