I fell down a flight of stairs last November ... ouch! ... and have done the Wal-Mart parking lot too. My doc rx's Naproxen in bulk now.

When those periods of difficulty come on, I am MUCH more careful with every step I make . . . and if all else fails, I use a walker for a while. Better safe then sorry, as it seems to take a lot longer to heal these days.

Hope you recover quickly.

Cherie

I really like AMN's idea of falling lessons. Sounds funny at first (I fall just fine without lessons, thank you)..But when you think about it, the way you fall (or rather, the way you land) could make a big difference whether you're injured or not..or how badly.
Here's to "Falling With Style", as Buzz Lightyear would say.. Hope the soreness goes away soon!

sorry about your fall.
if it's within 24 hrs try icing it on and off.
otherwise try some moist heat on and off.

if you need call your dr.
and take some tylenol. not aspirin. if you've got bruising aspirin can make it worse. and tylenol if your dr agrees. i'm not a dr and can't prescribe meds.
