Question OT Beggers Night?

Who is going to join me in my darkened livingroom, sitting quietly, whilst little beggers are pounding on my door?

It used to be such a big deal for DH and me. We always enjoyed all the little goblins, but DH is deceased and I just can't do the running back and forth to the door.

I guess I will close the blinds and turn out the lights...<sigh>

How do all of you PwMS handle this? Especially, if you don't have help?

I sit out a bowl of candy on a chair on the porch with a sign saying 'Please take two! Happy Halloween'

Take care.

[B]My Dh won't be home so I'll ask my son
to come over coz I don't want to be
"running" back & forth to the door every
10 minutes.

The little & big globlins usually start
as soon as it gets dark...5:30pm.
Guess I'll have dinner earlier.

I enjoy seeing the little ones in their
costumes.
The kids are so big today I never know
if they're in elementary school or JR. High
..

Some good ideas here. I guess I could set a bowl of candy on the porch. Putting trust in the little goblins is a good idea.

I could go to my Daughters house and enjoy my Grands dressing up and all their little begger friends. This year won't be possible, darn it, but I'll do that next year.

Thanks, I feel better about it now.

Smooches,

If I did that where I live, the first little goblins that came along would undoubtedly gobble up the whole lot!
