I use the baking powder based toothpaste, it's similar to what the dentist uses when he cleans the teeth in his office. Was a no cavity kid the last time I went.

I use a non-alcohol based mouthwash due to the dry mouth. He was concerned about my gums during our last visit, since it's a side effect of all the meds I'm on.

He has other patients with MS. He says he sees a big difference between those on the DMDs and those who are not. He advises drinking plenty of water to keep the mouth from getting too dry.
