Default FDA black box warning on antibiotics

I just found out that the FDA has issued a black box warning (July 8, 2008) on cipro, levaquin, and othe related antibiotics. They may cause tendonitis or a tendon rupture.

Those at the highest risk for this are individuals over 60, organ tranplant recipients, and those on steroid medications.

I just started taking cipro yesterday for a sinus infection.
