Talks about these type symptoms and has links for medications and articles at the bottom of the page. There is a stretching for people with MS too; they list stretching with a helper. Just search using their search engine 'Exercise'.

I now have these leg jerks when sleeping. I have found doing their short stretching exercises made by therapists helps.
