I have it too, and I am not on any meds (except LDN). These years I can see it moving, but it used to be that I only felt it.

I even get it in my eyelid, but can stop it momentarily by pressing on my closed eye.

Otherwise it doesn't bother me so much . . . I'm even mildly entertained by it.
