i'm sorry for what you're going thru. i had to wait about 18 mos and thru paperwork snafus to get approved. i hope this comes thru for you soon.
i hope you can keep getting thru your work days. use all the other days to be gentle with yourself and set rest times in between the errands. i know you'll make it. i hope your dr can help.
