B2Y,
Just checking that you've looked into whether working only 4 days, taking unpaid time off, etc. is not going to affect the amount of retirement pay in 13 months? . . .  I'm sure you have that all worked out, since this seems to be very strategically planned out  . . . but I've seen some people negotiate themselves into less pay in the end by reducing their hours along the way. Probably not the same consequences with retirement though.  Cherie
