Thank you all, so much, for being here for me. It means more than you'll ever know. I love you all..

Even though the weather is still the same...UGH, I feel so much better today. I did a few more stretches and got up and moved more, and that seemed to help........or, it was the good vibes from you all. Probably a combo of both.

A change in attitude helps, too. Instead of succumbing to it, I took charge, with your encouragement, and beat it..

I do feel stronger, still hot an worn, but the mind is in a better place and I can now deal.

I hope the weather gets better for all of us......thanks again my friendly fiends..
