I didn't notice anything but my wife of 21 years, at the time, said she never saw me sleep as well as I did that night. she confirmed that many times through the years that followed... well, til we split

I didn't want to get my hopes up for symptoms, and like Larry, was just scared the first night. Of course LDN was not all that well known in those days, and most everyone thought I was crazy to try it. :eek:

It helped me a LOT, but I had had MS a long time, and had accumulated a lot of symptoms by then too. It's probably all relative.

So long as you feel (relatively) good, and over time the MonSter is tamed, I think that's about all we can really expect. Everything else is a bonus. :)
