Also, do stretching exercising to keep yourself as limber as possible. My concern is that 1.5mg of LDN is not going to protect you from relapses and progression. If you can get back up to 3.0mg, that would be much better. Try a few times before you give up on that idea, even if you put a 3 week break between each try. Cherie
