Thanks all...still bothering me...I guess it's time to call the neuro. But since his NP dxd me not with MS but with anxiety and depression, I'm skittish about returning...thinking about calling my pcp.
Jan, it very well could be fibro, but I've had it for over 20 yrs., and I've never had this so tight before. I've experienced the trunk hug before, but this is really lasting a long time. Trying to do stretches, meditation in case I am tight from stress, but it still lingers.
My poor foot hurts like he77 when I walk too much. Trying to allow it to do it's thing by dragging again, but it still aches. Sometimes it feels like the neuropathy, sometimes it feels like plantar fasciitis, but all I know is it hurts!!
