Could be heat related fatigue, or just plain old MS fatigue.. Whichever one it is, it sux..I stay in AC all summer, and if I get over-heated ~ well, then it's Wet T-shirt Night at the Polar residence (sitting it front of a fan, of course).. I hope you're back to your old self soon!

Hey Fin~ Wouldn't it be great if there WAS a magical solution? I find myself taking cool showers and even tho my AC runs nonstop, I find myself overheating as soon as I step outdoors.

I am also having trouble getting to sleep, as soon as I put my head on my pillow, I start feeling really warm all over. I do have a Chillow Pillow and should get that back out. *not hot flashes, I'm done w/that mess*

If anyone finds a good solution, puleeez shout it out!!!!

Keep cool Fin~~~

I have no advice - just wanted to let you know I feel your pain.

I have been sleeping an awful lot lately - 4-5 hours each afternoon and then still going to bed fairly early (10-11 PM). I guess I must need the rest. The cats and I lay down each day about 1 PM and I don't get up until at least 5 PM - sometimes later.

Maybe with all this time I'm spending at home I'm beginning to think I'm a cat, too!
