Hi Karilann, Do you happen to be on Copaxone?? I get very similiar "chills" from Copaxone injections. Not every time, but at least 10 times a year. It usually hits me about 45 minutes after an injection.

I shake so hard, my hands and feet ache and I get muscle spasms in my back, abdomen, legs and arms. It usually lasts about an hour then just stops as quickly as it came on.
