My FIL has to use Muro ointment before bed...it's OTC, and expensive, but it keeps his eyes from feeling gravelly. There's also a Muro drop.
I use Systane drops...my eyes are so dry that the eye dr. said I was scratching my corneas. The Systane helps (when I remember to use it

)
