Default Side Sleeping Pillow

http://sleepdisorders.about.com/od/g...idepillows.htm

I have no idea if this really works. But I am a side sleeper, folding the pillow under my neck to keep my ear from getting wadded up in it and getting folded waking up with a sore ear... so I don't have the answer, but as I was researching for you, my dear little "yabbit" as your friends so fondly call you (how cute is that!?!?) I'm thinking about trying one of them. Now, I'll see tomorrow if I really want to spend the money.

How bout if we both try it.....YOU GO FIRST....ha...lol!!!!

that happens to me...started maybe 15 years ago...my 15 year old daughter gets it too.......for her it happens even if she sits to long or wrong....even if she leans on her hand for some time also and etc......

for sleeping i use at least 6 pillows........this is quite different then the loss of sensation i get when i overheat...

I bit the bullet, got a down pillow ($$$$) but my ear never hurts now. It had from my more compacted pillow. I sleep on my side, shoulder would hurt but now use a higher loft polyester pillow under side sleeper (so they say) down pillow and a lot of pressure off. Don't sleep on your hand!!!!!!! Poor ear.

This is interesting, Friend, because I never let my shoulder go on my pillow. I prefer to support my neck to take up the natural space between my head and shoulders. If I put the pillow under my shoulder, it's just like being on the mattress only a few degrees higher, and then what's the point of the pillow?
