yes training can be good...but usually I bet some of this may be typed by transcriptionists...but maybe not...my sister does transcription...and she talks about mistakes sometimes made...sorry you had to worry a bit..hugsss,sarah

Oh Sheena, you must have been so upset when you saw that!

I'm so very glad that things aren't as bad as you thought they might have been, but I daresay you went through an awful time there for a short while.

I'm pleased that your report turned out well, and I'm sending you hugs anyway ....just because you probably could do with them!
