A good attitude has a huge advantage, whether we are sick with an unknown cause, or sick with a known cause. The bottom line though, is that we have to live with it either way.

My eldest has had several different "challenges" over recent months, things that many of us have probably had to face throughout our lifetimes; deaths, health issues, injuries, missed opportunities, losses, etc. Her current attitude STINKS though, and she is going to have to learn how to deal with these disappointments better if she is going to survive the game of Life.

She is young, and life has always dealt her the easy hand . . . so this isn't something you can fully prepare somebody for. Sometimes it's hard knocks that give us the right perspective.
