HI Brain~!

Tho I am not a heavy sleeper I have noticed over the last several months doing the same thing. REminds me of what you go through in preparation for childbirth and being UP with that little one.

I took it as spiritually getting ready for my new job where I do have to get up early..ugh.

But menapause does this as well. Or.. who knows...

Hope you get your much needed rest and soon!!
