Default Maybe relocating to Central America

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can assist me with a dilemma I have.

My husband has a business proposition in Central America.

Our concern for anyone living abroad is how accesable is to get your medication there.

And how can you get it? Meaning do they send it to you from the US or do the local hospitals supply them to you?

Any info is much appreciated
